We also cover legal issues relating to the protection of the Champagne appellation.<\/p>\n\n<p>Our most important task is to provide training for professionals from the gastronomy, hotel, sommelier and retail sectors in masterclasses, training courses and tastings. These events explore all facets of the fascinating world of Champagne: its unique diversity, its history spanning more than 350 years, its viticulture optimised for the production of the highest quality sparkling wine, and its highly complex winemaking process.
